Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that life happens and schedules sometimes need to shift. To best serve all of our guests and protect our stylists’ reserved time, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. With proper notice, we are happy to adjust your reservation and waive any cancellation fee.
Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service total.
Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 12 hours, or in the event of a no-show, will require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure any future booking. This retainer will be applied toward your next service.
